How can I place my order?

On the contact page, you can submit your name, email, and a message that will deliver directly to our head designer, Jessica. From there, we will set up a time to chat on the phone to discuss the look you're envisioning for your big day - and which dress completes the vision.

If you're a bridal boutique looking for wholesale or exclusivity, you may also submit your inquiry through our contact page.


Loan orders for editorials, fashion and bridal styling or photo shoots may contact hello@hyacinthbridal.com Please advise there is a $50 fee (which includes USA-wide shipping).



Where can I find your dresses?

Our dresses are at multiple shops around the country, and almost constantly traveling for trunk shows! To see if our dresses are in your area, be sure to check out our retailers page. If you don’t see a shop who carries us or a trunk show near your area, make sure to shoot us an email and we’ll work with area shops to get the dress or dresses to you!



I love two dresses, what can I do?


You can customize! We love mixing and matching dresses. You love the top of one but the skirt of another? We can do that! Love the Marie dress, but want it to have lace like Briar? Done! We pride ourselves on creating customized pieces for our brides. You can choose from any materials within our offerings, and mix and match until we find what's perfect for you. Send us an email (hello@hyacinthbridal.com) and we can help you create your own Hyacinth gown. 



How long from your hands to mine?


Orders may take up to 9 weeks to process and deliver, excluding shipping time. International orders may experience up to 2 additional weeks for delivery (due to shipping).


How is my order delivered?


All orders are sent via FedEx with a tracking code. If standard delivery isn't up to your speed, I can upgrade to a quicker shipping time; a rush fee will be incorporated into your total.


I live outside the USA. How will my order be delivered?


Since we ship all of our gowns via FedEx, a tracking number will be sent to you via email; you will use this number to track your package's arrival. Other couriers can be hired by request, otherwise, the mail will be delivered through FedEx at the address you provide. Please note: international shipping does include additional fees. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these fees.


Do you accept returns?


Due to the specialization and delicate nature of made to order wedding dresses, I am unable to offer refunds. All sales are final. I do encourage a consistent + meaningful communication with my salons and brides from selection to delivery.
